Hello Dana,
We're so thankful for the generous partnership of Holy Trinity in making this new home for women and children come to life! We're looking forward to hosting a group from your church to come and serve by preparing this space for the residents to move in.
There are 5 evening shifts at the dates and times below. These evening events will involve moving furniture and supplies from their delivery point to the appropriate locations around the building. We ask that the people participating in these evening events be able to lift 40 pounds. We are looking to have 8-12 people for each of these shifts.

August 5th: 5:30-8pm (Dinner Provided)

August 12th: 5:30-8pm (Dinner Provided)

August 14th : 5:30-8pm (Dinner Provided)

August 20th : 5:30-8pm (Dinner Provided)
We have additional day shifts on the times and dates below. At these shifts, we can accommodate up to 20 people. The 22nd and 23rd are focused on moving from the old location to the new location. The 30th will be focused on whatever is left over to accomplish.

More detailed information will be provided once you have determined a shift that works for you. Please let me know if there are any questions I can answer. If there are concerns about some in your group not being able to participate due to the nature of the tasks, please let us know. As Matt shared, children as young as 10 may join with adult supervision. We will work to make sure there are ways for everybody to serve.
I have also cc'd Yaohan Guillen, our new Community Engagement Manager, and he will be providing more direct support to your group as we get closer to the time.
