(1). At approximately 10-15 minutes before the end of Mass, go to the Usher's closet and setup for burrito sales in front of church. There is a table plus the materials dropped off with card reader, supplies and burrito coolers to setup.
(2). As parishioners leave church and line up, the burritos are sold for $4.00 each. Have one volunteer handle the money and make change as needed while the others fulfill orders.
(3). When sales are finished in front of church, return the table back to the Usher's closet in the church.
(4). Proceed to Meredith Hall with the burritos and materials and set up sales there until the sales of Burritos tapers off in Meredith Hall.
(5). Return the coolers of burritos, the pouch and the supplies to the Ushers closet in St. Joseph Church for the 9:30 Mass sales.
