We are cooking breakfast on Wednesday, March 19 for the Special Olympics fund raiser. We will be cooking for 265 people. Here is the schedule of times:
- Wednesday meet at 5:00 am at the First Presbyterian church
- Start cooking biscuits, bacon, and potatoes
- Finish last minute prep and set up
- Start serving at 7:30
We will be plating the food, and they will have people to take it to the table. We will use a separate plate for the biscuits and gravy. Right now, I figure that we need 14 knights in the kitchen cooking and prepping. I have asked the Catholic Daughters to help with the plating.
We need to use Turkey roasters to heat the gravy and keep the biscuits warm so if have one that we can use please bring it.
This is one of the many fund raisers that the Special Olympics has so we need to do our best to make it a good one for them.
