We plan to arrive at the venue at 5pm to have the casino area setup by 6pm. The party starts at 6pm, but the casino games operate 7pm - 9pm. While prizes are raffled off between 9pm and 10pm, we need to clear our equipment out of the hall by 9:30 if possible.
