This casino is a fund raising event to help fulfill the mission of the Hull Creative Arts Foundation:
- Award university scholarships to qualified Navarro County High School graduates who are pursuing a creative arts major
- Support programs to encourage the youth of Navarro County to appreciate the role the creative arts plays in their lives.
- Assist aspiring youth to develop their skills and talents in the creative arts.
