TIMINGS & DUTIES
- 3:00 TRAILER- 4-5 Knights Set up, burners, clean, bread fish, fry.
- 3.00 KITCHEN FOOD PREP - 5 Knights - make coleslaw cups, thaw fish, prep grilled cheese, prep clam chowder, etc.
- 3.30 HALL SETUP 8-10 Knights This consists of setting up tables, chairs, covering tables with paper, setting up serving trays, setting up drink stations, condiment table etc.
- 4.30 SERVICE - Food servers (10), Food runners (2), , Clam Chowder table (1), drinks (1), check in table (3)
All help with cleaning up.
Total to run a successful event is 15-20 on the day.
