Dear Auxiliary Presidents,

We hope you and your officers can attend the Area 2 Meeting which is scheduled for
SUNDAY September 15, 2019
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Knights of Columbus Hall
2525 N. Stadium Dr.
Columbia, MO. 65202.

You may remember that attending an Area meeting is a requirement to attain the Outstanding Ladies Auxiliary Award. Chair couple Ron and Amy Mathias will also discuss the importance of the paperwork required each year, the new Auxiliary logo that was approved, media support and a very important issue pertaining to the By-Laws that will be placed on the 2020 Convention ladies ballot. Please make every effort to attend. Bring as many members as you like.

The Columbia Ladies Auxiliary will serve a light lunch at 1pm followed by the meeting agenda. Please note that Council 1529's weekly BINGO fundraiser will be going on in the main hall, so please enter the member's Meeting Room by the east door in the east parking lot. Please RSVP to let us know how many from your Auxiliary will be attending. We look forward to meeting and sharing ideas!
