Fr. Jim suggested we have the display open from after Mass each day until 8 PM.
We’re not sure when we will get the display—either Thursday night or Friday. The same holds for when it will be picked up—maybe Thursday night or Friday.
Bridget Kluesner is coordinating the event. She will be there whenever it arrives and leaves. We will need 2-3 people to help set it up & take down also.
We thinking it might be well to have 2 people per shift, especially when the office is closed. Could you let me know what shift (s) you could take & I will start putting a schedule together. As an FYI, there is to be NO eating or drinking near the displays, per the Diocese.
