Who we are. What we do.

 

Are you aware of what the Duck Creek Council of the Knights of Columbus contribute to the Parish and Community? We are 155 Parish members strong, with over 5,000 Volunteer Hours and more than $25,000 raised and donated last year! The following are some of the events and projects that were accomplished by our Council between 2023 and 2024.

  • Supporting A&A Alexandria Center, Golden House, and Love Life Ministry
  • Preparing and Serving meals at St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter
  • Notre Dame Academy Scholarships
  • Adopting families for Christmas
  • Donating the first Wisconsin Safe Haven Baby Box
  • Purchasing and donating Coats for Kids – Homeless children in Howard/Suamico
  • Supporting School and Church events (Blessfest, School Auction, Golf Outing, Faith Formation, Youth Prayer groups, Baptism Ministry)
  • Parish Lawn Mowing
  • Tootsie Roll Drive supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Baby Bottle Campaign supporting mothers that choose life for their children
  • Cribbage Tournament fundraiser
  • Host of the K of C State Bowling Tournament supporting scholarships
  • Aluminum can collection
  • Participate in the Feed My Starving Children mobile pack event
  • Howard Christmas Parade Float
  • Active Honor Guard supporting funerals, Holy Hours, and Processions
  • Host Silver Rose Prayer Service
  • Spiritual and Financial support of Vocations (specifically Michael Janczakowski, St. John the Baptist’s own Seminarian)
  • Supporting Laundry Love
