COUNCIL 6448 DONATES A RECORD $4,525 TO ST. FRANCIS de SALES SEMINARY AS PART OF SUCCESSFUL SENTIMENTS FOR SEMINARIANS PROGRAM

In November and December of 2025, St. Leonard Knights of Columbus Council 6448 raised a record $4,525 for the Sentiments for Seminarians Program!  We gratefully thank St. Leonard parishioners, Brother Knights, and all those who donated to this worthy cause. The Sentiments for Seminarians program held in November is a way to support priestly and religious vocations. Since Seminarians don’t get paid, have no jobs or vacations, it’s often hard for them to obtain many simple, needed items and travel when and where they need to.  The Knights of Columbus Council 6448 Sentiments for Seminarians Program collected donations of cash, gas cards, and pre-paid gift cards.  In the photograph, Brother Knight Dave Pronschinske (right) presented our donation of gift cards to St. Francis Seminary this December.  Transitional Deacon Nathan Budde (left) from St. Francis de Sales Seminary accepted the donations on behalf of the seminary.
