New Knights of Columbus Field Agent

Our Blessed Mother makes her new home at St. Kathryn's
On Monday, May 13 th , Brothers Mike Chouinard, Ray Masson, Ed Gleason and Jack Madden picked up a
statue of the Blessed Mother from Dennis Holzman Antiques in Cohoes, NY and transported her to St.
Kathryn Church Hall. Late last year, the statue was found in a basement storeroom in the former St.
Joseph Catholic Church, a former French-Canadian parish in Cohoes NY. St. Joseph’s had been
decommissioned as a church and turned into a function venue about 10 years ago. In February, Jack and
Chris Madden saw the statue in the antique dealer where Chris had worked before they moved to
Hudson. Back in Hudson, they spoke to Father Joe, and he enthusiastically agreed to provide her a new

We would like to introduce our new Chaplain, Fr Michael Monette! Fr Monette is a Nashua NH native. He is taking the helm of St Kathryn's Church as our new Pastor!
