** New for Fraternal Year 2023-2024 Knights of Columbus Holy Hour Wednesdays 3-4 PM and praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet.  This is for those who can or make time to attend this devotion to pray for others and deepen their faith!

To complete the exemplification on demand, please view this site:

  • Select the correct radio button for the degree you are taking
  • Enter Council: 4034
  • Fill in the required form and submit. 
You will then be able to watch the On-Demand Exemplification Ceremony. Please email/text once you have completed this form and I will be on the lookout for a notification from Supreme.
