PROGRAMS and EVENTS
This fraternal year’s Knights of Columbus Fraternal Calendar is filled with opportunities not just to attend events, but to grow as men, as brothers, and as Catholic leaders. From weekly Men’s Prayer Groups and Cor small groups to service projects like Life events, Veterans Home visits, and Meals on Wheels, to powerful faith experiences like retreats and a revival, as well as Lectio Divina, this is your moment to engage.
The Knights of Columbus of St. Thomas More are inviting ALL men to brand new opportunities to help put God first. Starting in September, men, you will have several opportunities to show up, man up, and transform into the man you were created to be.
Be a Man! Series
Starts: Friday, October 3, 2025
When: 1st and 3rd Friday mornings, 6:45 am – 7:45 am (Daily Mass Option 8am)
Audience: Men only
Description: A bold video series by Fr. Larry Richards that will take us on a transformative journey for Catholic men who want to lead their families and communities with strength, virtue, and purpose.
Spiritual Warfare Training
Starts: Thursday, September 25, 2025
When: 2nd and 4th Thursday evenings, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Audience: Men only
Description: Deacon Glen kicks off to show us the tactics of the enemy and to stand firm in your identity in Christ.
Lectio Divina
Starts: Thursday, October 16, 2025
When: Every 3rd Thursday evening, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Audience: Open to both men and women
Description: A reflective, scripture-based prayer group focused on encountering God through His Word.
Note: Bring your Bible.
Men’s Prayer Group
Ongoing: Every Wednesday Evening, 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm
Audience: Men only
Description: Mark Gilmour hosts a weekly gathering for prayer, prepare for the upcoming Sunday liturgy and brotherhood.
Service Projects & Community Outreach
- Monthly Veterans Home Visits – 100 Veterans Memorial Dr. Boulder City (2nd Sunday’s 2:00 pm)
- Pregnancy Resource Center Visit – October 11th, 9:00 am
- GLOWS Thanksgiving Food Distribution – November 27th, 9:00 am
- Christmas Light Setup – December 13th, 9:00 am
Council Events & Socials
- Monthly Council Meetings – 4th Monday every month, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Veterans Appreciation Dinner – November 8th 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm
- Christmas Parish Family Dinner – December 20th 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Bible, Burgers, Beer - Quarterly, watch for dates and times
All groups meet at the St. Thomas More Community Center. All events are free.
