LOCAL KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL 17397 RECEIVES TOP AWARD

St. Paul The Apostle Knights of Columbus Council 17397 has received the distinction of Star Council, the international organization’s top award for local councils.

The Star Council Award recognizes overall excellence in the areas of membership, promotion of fraternal insurance benefits, sponsorship of faith formation programs and service-oriented activities.  

St. Paul’s Council has been busy with programs such as; "Roses for Life", "Coats for Kids", "Helping Hands" neighbour assistance, and Charity Bottle Drives to fund our donations to local entities such as:  St. Vincent DePaul, Shifra Homes, Carpenter Hospice, Halton Women’s Place and Good Shepherd, along with Ukraine Humanitarian Fund. 

For those Catholic men who are interested, the Knights of Columbus will be on hand to discuss membership opportunities after Masses on Welcome Sunday- September 24th and 25th.

March 2022 CHARITY BOTTLE DRIVE

The Knights of Columbus of St. Paul the Apostle will be holding our first

Charity Bottle Drive of 2022 on

Saturday, March 12

and

Sunday, March 13

from 10AM to 1PM on both days

in the Church Parking Lot. 

All empty Liquor, Wine and Beer containers, bottles and cans are enthusiastically welcomed to support our many charitable efforts.

Cash donations are accepted in lieu of empties.

Join us for an informative online presentation by inspirational speaker and behavioral finance expert Joe Jordan. Joe will discuss “Stress-Free Retirement Planning,” including how to plan for your financial future and a secure retirement.

October 2021 Charity Bottle Drive

Bottle Drive for Knights Charities – Website Update:  www.KofC17397.org

 

The St. Paul’s Knight of Columbus will be conducting a bottle drive to support its charities. Empty beer, wine and liquor bottle donations will be collected in the church parking lot on Saturday October 16th and Sunday October 17th from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

 

Door to Door pickup can be arranged by emailing  fundraising@kofc17397.org. Please provide your name, address, and phone# so we can arrange the pick-up.  Due to Covid-19 all donations must be placed outside so social distancing can be respected.
