The Knights of Columbus council 1668 have designated Peter James Esparza as the December Youth of
the Month 2023.

two years here at OLR, he has impressed his teachers, entertained his fellow students, and contributed
to the OLR State Championship Cross Country team. He has enjoyed his work in the Schola Choir and
the OLR Band and is playing the leading role of Captain Von Trapp in this year’s play –The Sound of
Music. Peter participates in the Youth Group Praise and Worship Band. This year he has joined the Jazz
