5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament - Tournament Entry Details

The Knights of Columbus Albany Council 1577 are sponsoring their 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Special Olympics.

An entry form with details can be downloaded using the button labeled "Golf Tournament Entry Form Download" above.

 

Where: Trysting Tree Golf Club, 34028 NE Electric Rd., Corvallis, OR 97333, (541) 713-4653.

When:  Monday, September 16, 2024. Shotgun start at 9am. Check in no later than 8:30am.

Teams of 4 players will compete in a scramble format with awards for long drive, KP, long putt, best score (Callahan) and numerous other contests and raffle prizes. Greens fee, meal, bucket of range balls, and shared golf cart included. Meal and awards to follow the tournament.

Cost: $110 per player for 18 holes of golf and entry into all awards, a cart shared by 2 golfers, and a meal catered by Trysting Tree. Single entries are welcome and you will be assigned to fill teams of 4 when possible. Maximum number of golfers in tournament is 72.

 

How to enter:  Fill out the downloaded form and send with payment to Jim McDowell, 1580 SW Walnut St, Albany, OR 97321, (541) 981-1199.  

 

Payment: ALL checks must be made payable to Albany Knights of Columbus 1577. Team and individual entrance forms with payment must be received by September 2, 2024.  Individual entries will be included on a space available basis.  Early submission of entry forms will ensure the opportunity to play.  Payment required prior to start of Tournament.

Businesses can help support this Golf Tournament in several ways. See the button titled "Download the Tournament Business Support Letter" above.

1. Sponsor one of the 18 holes - A $150 check made payable to K of C Oregon State Charities, a 501c3 organization, will give you a tax deduction and a sign with your business' name at the tee box of one of the 18 holes. After the tournament is completed, this money will be directed to Special Olympics, a 501c3 organization.

2. Donate items to be used as awards for special achievements during the tournament. Examples of these items can be food products, drinks, tools, services, etc.

3. Advertise the tournament at your business by placing one or more posters in prominent areas of your business. See the button titled "Download the Tournament Poster" above.

Albany 1577 Dues ($36.00 or $10.00 + PayPal Cost (3.49% + $0.49)
