CONSTRUCTION AT OLMC

Our Parish Life Center is the first stage of our master plan, approved by our pastoral and ministry councils. This
center will provide OLMC with much-needed extra space for meetings, social gatherings, and parking. It will also
help our Parish Office be more visible and easier to access, creating an overall welcoming environment to guests,
visitors, and both new and long-time parishioners.


Construction will begin in mid-January 2022.  The construction is estimated to be completed within 15 - 18 months

SAFE AND SACRED PROTOCOL TRAINING

 

The best way to see if your Safe & Sacred protocol has or is about to expire is by logging into your account

at http://safeandsacred-dol-in.org. Protocol training expires after three years and must be retaken in order

to volunteer within the diocese.  The training program expiration might not be the same as the background

check.  You should receive an email when your background check has expired and needs to be resubmitted.

Tax Exemption Certificate for Council Purchases

Please use the council's "Tax Exemption Certificate" (click on the link above to download) that exempts us from being charged Sales Taxes whenever you make purchases for any council activities, events, or council administrative expenses.  That is, ANYTHING you purchase for council purposes!

New Charitable Request Form Available

The new "Charitable Request Form" is now available.  Please select the link for the file to get started.

 

This new form was created as a "fillable" PDF form.  Here are the 5 simple steps to follow to complete and submit your Charitable Request to the Council's Trustees:

  1. Click the link for the form and download it to your computer.
  2. Open the form on your computer.
  3. Complete the form with as much information as possible.
  4. Save the file to your computer.  (You may want to rename by using "Save As" to a filename that helps you know better what it is, e.g., OConnor House Request 7 Jul 2017.pdf)
  5. Open your email and create an email to the Council's Trustees (rgiczewski@att.net, langenkampd@gmail.com, bob.shocklee@gmail.com), attach your Charitable Request file, and hit "Send".

The Form 100 application for new members of the Knights of Columbus is now available in a PDF form that you can fill in online and print for signature by the potential new member and the "sponsor".

 

This new form can be selected using the link at the top of this article. 

 

It can also be found in the "Council Documents" in the "Members Only" area of the website.
