Join Us To Pray The Rosary

The St Pius X Knights of Columbus host a prayer meeting (remotely) each Friday at 1PM. All are welcome to join us. We pray the Rosary for the sick and distressed. We use Free Conference Call  as our telecommuting platform. It allows the participants to join the meeting by telephone, smart phone, tablet or computer. You can join by audio only or share your video. The login procedure for the meeting is shown below. If you would like to add someone to our prayer list please contact Dan Pinda at drpinda@q.com. If you would like a guide to praying the Rosary go to http://www.kofc.org/en/resources/cis/devotionals/4772.pdf.

A typical Rosary meeting consists of a short greeting period as participants join the meeting. A solicitation for names to be added to the list, requests for volunteers to lead a decade of the Rosary. Deacon Dennis starts the Rosary, and we proceed through the decades and conclude with prayers for the sick and distressed and for Protection in time of Pandemic. During the Rosary all participants are muted except for the individual leading the decade. This limits the chaos of having multiple people speaking at the same time over the telephone.

For those who plan to just dial in from a phone:

Phone Number: 1-978-990-5000 US Toll
Meeting number (access code): 807303 (follow with #)

To use the video conference features from either a smart phone or a computer with audio/video capability you need to do the following:

Council 10762 Prayer Booklet

Download the PDF Prayer Booklet

Here is a Council Prayer Booklet which you can use at our council meetings.  It contains the most frequently used prayers as well as the prayers used in the Rosary.

We may use other prayers at times and pass out printed prayer cards for your convenience.

This booklet is formatted so that if you print it double-sided (flip on short edge) you can trifold it and have a convenient pamphlet.

We will keep a supply of these booklet in the meeting room. Please feel free to use one and please feel obliged to return it sat the end of the meeting.

In January of 2009, the Arizona License Plate Commission approved the application for Choose Life license plate after a six-year legal battle that went all the way to the U. S. Supreme Court.

Visit www.chooselifeaz.org to read more.  You do NOT have to wait until your plate is due for renewal - you can sign up at any time at Service Arizona.

Every day, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona
provides a "Home Away from Home" for families of children facing serious
illness and injury. Our recycling program serves as a significant fundraising
effort, enabling us to fulfill our mission of serving families in need.

We collect and recycle aluminum can tabs, using the funds raised to support
the operations of our House.

Drop off your tabs at our location on 3838 N. Campbell Avenue, Building 6
any day of the week between 8:30am-6:00pm. We ask that you bring only
the tabs, as we are unable to accept the full cans due to storage and
sanitary considerations.

Remember, Every Tab Counts!
