IMPORTANT NOTICE!
The June Council Meeting Notice – Date & Time Changed to Thursday, June 4th at 6:30 PM

Our monthly council meeting has been moved to Thursday, June 4th at 6:45 PM in LeSage Hall.

The 4th Degree will meet at 5:30 PM in Classroom E to vote on their 2026–2027 officers. Once they conclude, those brothers will join us in LeSage Hall for the 3rd Degree Election Meeting. The business meeting will begin immediately after the 4th Degree adjourns.

We will hold the election of the 2026–2027 slate of officers for Saint Sebastian Council #8009. Business will be brief, but your attendance is extremely important to ensure a proper vote!

Please note: No dinner will be served, so plan to eat before arriving.

Items Requiring Your Attention

Sign-In Procedure

Please sign in when requested by the Warden, Inside Guard, or Outside Guard upon entering LeSage Hall. Have your 3rd Degree Membership Card ready to be present at the entrance. Only 3rd Degree Knights may vote. 1st & 2nd Degree Knights will be informed of their status when presenting their card. This is a Supreme Council requirement for full participation.

The current slate of nominated officers for the next Columbian Calendar year are below. However, nominations will still be taken from the floor at the 4 June meeting:
