Knights of Columbus, Father Edward Fox Council 6747 is conducting their annual Virginia Tech Football Season Tickets Raffle Fundraiser 2024. The Knight’s raffle is for two sets of VT home football tickets. Raffle tickets are $5 each; 3 tickets for $10; book of 10 for $25 per book. The raffle drawing will be on August 18th. You need not be present to win.

Our Founder, Blessed Mchael McGivney was born on August 12,1852. His Feast Day is August 13th. Blessed Michael McGivney's life and legacy of charity, evangelization, and empowerment continues today through the works of the Knights of Columbus.
Prayer for the Canonization of Blessed Michael J. McGivney (Founder of the Knights of Columbus): God, our Father, protector of the poor and defender of the widow and orphan, you called your priest, Blessed Michael J. McGivney, to be an apostle of Christian family life and to lead the young to the generous service of their neighbor. Through the example of his life and virtue may we follow your Son, Jesus Christ, more closely, fulfilling his commandment of charity and building up his Body which is the Church. Let the inspiration of your servant prompt us to greater confidence in your love so that we may continue his work of caring for the needy and the outcast. We humbly ask that you glorify Blessed Michael J. McGivney on earth according to the design of your holy will. Through his intercession, grant the favor I now present (here make your request). Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

thy divine son on earth. Through Thine intercession, win for us the grace, ever to exemplify in our public and private
lives, the virtues that should characterize those especially dedicated to the service of the heavenly court. Make us always
aware that as your Knights, We are constantly observed, our faith judged, And our Order appreciated. Accept, O Mary,
this renewed pledge of fealty and devotion, of Thy Servants, the Knights of Columbus.
