The Knights of Columbus's Father Boecker Council 6090, which serves St. Pius X and Sacred Heart parishes in Lombard, recently presented a $5,000 check to Father Steven Borello, the diocesan director of vocations, to be used for his office's Quo Vadis' summer camp, which aims to help young men focus their lives to have a life-changing encounter with Christ through silence, prayer, discussions and talks.

Council Announcements

Good evening Brothers. Tomorrow is a special night. We are welcoming 3 new members to our council. The ceremony will start at 6:15pm at the Sacred Heart parish center. The Business meeting will start at 7pm. Also tomorrow, the new Knight of the Month program begins. This is brand new and I'm pretty sure we are the first council in the state,, maybe the country, or THE WORLD to have this.
