District Deputy, Dominic Gervasi, presents Texas Lone Star Award for Excellence with Distinction to past Grand Knight Jim Marks and Financial Secretary Shawn Anderson for the 2023-2024 fraternal year. This is the highest award in Texas presented to a council.
