Thomas Blubaugh

Thomas Blubaugh first joined Council 8417 in 1999 and has long been active in the Council. As an active member in both 8417 and one of the head ushers at the 8am Mass on Sundays Tom has never been afraid to jump in and lend a hand wherever one is needed.
Two years ago, Tom took over as our casino coordinator and has since worked to optimize our greatest source of fundraising. In 2025, Tom also took on the roll of Hike 4 Life coordinator, a role long held by Hugh Reynolds. Somehow, Tom managed a seamless and successful transition ensuring continued success of an essential event to our organization.
This award acknowledges Tom’s success and his incredible commitment to Council 8417.
