John Heneghan
John has been a Knight in our council for 10 years, and has participated in our 5K walk/runs since their inception in 2017, in memory of deceased Sir Knight Mark Bancroft, who was a member of our council. In addition, John has served as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at Symphony Nursing Home until the pandemic. When we were permitted to attend Holy Mass again in the Rockford diocese (June 2020), John and his wife Pat stepped up to help with cleaning and ushering for various Masses and has continued to help since. This year, John's 5K team was the highest fundraising team with $1,480 collected from the event including John's individual sponsorship that he does. A great effort from our local financial services expert who also helps many in our church with their retirement savings and life protection efforts! |
