Mike Gilbert

I am proud to present Mike Gilbert as our 2026 Knight of the Year. This prestigious honor is a true reflection of his unwavering dedication and the role he played in the success of our council this fraternal year.

Mike's extensive community involvement—ranging from multiple parish ministries and volunteer work at Faith Feeds Food Pantry to transportation services at Northwest Community Hospital—is truly commendable. I was particularly impressed when he took on the Café and Fish Fry purchasing responsibilities for the council earlier this year. Assuming this complex, time-intensive role on top of his existing obligations is greatly appreciated.

Mike's dedication to our parish, our community and your his fellow Knights, truly brings our core values of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity to life. Thank you Mike for your continued contributions, and congratulations on being named our 2026 Knight of the Year!

2024 - 2025

Mike Colby

We are proud to recognize Mike as our 2025 Knight of the Year. You deserve this honor because of your part in the success of our council this fraternal year.

We started this fraternal year wanting to make a greater difference in several programs and events. In the ID drive, Mike's ideas improved our collections year over year through online contributions, and narthex collections. The Keep Christ in Christmas program had incredible participation thanks to Mike's work with the school and Art Teacher Jamie Schnell. He also spent a lot of time determining how and where to have and affordable Christmas Party, which was wonderful and under budget. Mike accomplished all of this, while working most Cafés and Fish Fries with your wonderful wife Marie!

Mike's efforts on behalf of our Parish and his fellow Knights are Charity, Fraternity and Unity in Action! Thank you for your continued contributions, and congratulations on being our 2025 Knight of the Year!

2023 - 2024

Pete Wickman

Pete has brought his leadership and financial acumen to serve as a council officer since 2015. First as Chancellor, then Deputy Grand Knight, Grand Knight and the last six years as Financial Secretary. Six years means TWO three year terms...a great commitment to the Council! Although, Pete leaves the FS position, there is good news! Pete’s financial background and Council experience will continue to be put to great use as he moves into the position of Trustee in the coming year.
