This Knight of the Month loves to cook and maybe drink a little, sometimes a little too much. Ask him to tell you the story about his garage door, hehe. He participates at many Knight’s events and makes some mean etouffee for Mardi Gras. Let us give a round of applause to Brother Knight Tony Palombo. |

February 2026
Ivan Brekalo
He is at every cooking event and getting his hands dirty with something. He is one of our hardest working Knights and earned the respect from the KofC BBQ Squad. In addition, he has offered to help any interested Knights receive their CCL at no cost. Having served in Law Enforcement for many years, he is very interested in securing our Masses. He also speaks French, but sometimes with his English I am like what did he say? Thank you for being a Knight and a prime example of a joyful servant. Let’s give a round of applause to Ivan Brekalo, and to all those who have served and are serving in our military and law enforcement. |

January 2026
Wayne Armentrout
He is at every cooking event and getting his hands dirty with something. He is one of our hardest working Knights and earned the respect from the KofC BBQ Squad. When he joined, he kept making this big deal about not receiving the confirmation email about joining the Knights. Finally after like the 5th complaint, I said give me your phone. I went to his Junk Folder and found it in 2 seconds and verified it myself. You may not be the most tech savvy person, however, since then I am extremely thankful you are a Knight. Let’s give a round of applause to Wayne Armentrout. |

November 2025
Linh Bui
This Knight reminds me of a younger and stronger version of myself. Linh is in choir and a new Knight. However, that did not stop him from going above and beyond during Oktoberfest. As soon as Mass let out and he was done with choir, he came straight to work. He stayed until the very end lifting the beast tables and was even making trash runs in total darkness. I hope we did not scare him off. Just kidding, I can see the Holy Spirit active in Linh and his fire is lit. Let’s give a round of applause to Linh Bui. |

October 2025

We should all be thankful for his ability and willingness to help. He is also getting close to marrying the love of his life. Let’s give a round of applause to Edgar Cabbage Patch Kid Periera. Thank you, Edgar. |
