6:00 PM -9:00 PM - Cost: $60.00 per person or $480 per Table of 8

Tables can be reserved in blocks of 8 seats or individual seating will be accomodated.

Salad:             Green Salad with Homemade Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Main Course: Marinated Beef Tenderloin Medallions Topped with Homemade Cabernet Demi Glaze, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Roma Tomato Stuffed with Artichokes, Spinach, and Cheese, topped with Panko Breadcrumbs, on a Bed of Julienne Squash & Zucchini.

Dessert:           Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake with Strawberry Coulis or Carrot Cake.
