Raymond E. Cotnoir, formerly of Allen, Texas, passed away March 12, 2024 in Rowlett, Texas at the age of 89. He was born October 12, 1934 in Lowell, Vermont to Pierre Antoine Cotnoir and Rose Elda Girouard. Raymond married the love of his life Sybil Ann Fain on September 13, 1957 in Dallas, Texas.

He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, Texas for many years. Raymond was also a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus member, as a member of Council 11293 and Assembly 3553.

A rosary was held Monday, March 18, 2024, and a funeral service was held 11:00 AM Tuesday March 19, 2024 at St. Jude Catholic Church
