Charles was born on Aug 17, 1949 to Elizabeth (McCall) and George Shore in Jacksonville, FL and passed away on July 4, 2022 in McKinney, TX at the age of 72. Charles attended Emory University and later graduated from the University of Florida after serving in the US Navy. When Charles married Norene (White Kochevar) on June 6, 1992, they created a new family unit of seven by blending their existing families. Together they shared a love of family, nature, music, and travel.

Charles primarily worked within the financial sales industry throughout his life. He was a long time member of St Jude Parish dating back to the founding of the parish. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Charles had a love of people. He deeply loved his friends, family, and could create a friendship with any stranger. He had a knack for telling a good story, a funny joke, and always had a smile for everyone.

A funeral service was held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 22, 2022, at St Jude Catholic Church, preceded by a Holy Rosary.
