Joseph Eugene Collard Jr, age 71, of Parker, TX, passed away September 28, 2020. Joe started Collard Construction, and had previously worked at Texas Instruments, taught math at The Highlands School in Irving and in Minneola, Kansas, co-founded Martingale Research, and had ran Macro Gourmet restaurant in Richardson. Joe was a member of St Jude Catholic Church in Allen, TX, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11293, and was Past Faithful Navigator of St John Paul II Assembly 3553, and a member of the Color Corps. He organized and staffed many events for the Knights and supported all Pro-Life causes. A funeral service was held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 3, 2020, at St Jude Catholic Church. |
