Joseph A. Rowe Jr.
Joseph A. Rowe Jr. passed away on July 6, 2019, due to complications with Alzheimer's disease.
Joe was the husband of Jeannine R. Rowe, who predeceased him Jan. 15, 2016.
He is survived by his children: Patrick J. Rowe, Joseph A. Rowe III and Michelle R. Alvaré; three grandsons and three great-grandchildren.
Joe was a longtime resident of Cranford, N.J., before moving to Atlantis, Fla. He was very active in the Knights of Columbus Council 6226 at St. Michael's Church, as well as the John Dawson Gilmary Shea Assembly 651. Joe was an Army veteran of the Korean War and had a long career with Buick and General Motors.
His Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church in Cranford on Saturday, July 27 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
