I will be having high risk surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, August 6. While this is normally simple, repair of multiple hernias, having recently had aortic surgery and having multiple heart issues increases the risk "exponentially" according to my doctors, and will require longer hospitalization and recovery time. So, I ask for your prayers and want you all to know that you remain in mine. Naturally, I also ask to be excused from the August meeting. Thank you and God bless.

Arnold DeBease

Brother Knights,

I reaching out to let you know that Saturday night, follow Sir Knight Arnold DeBease went forward to join Jesus in heaven. His passing was peaceful, without pain or suffering. The day before his passing he spent time with God, praying for his family and friends. The day of his passing he was alert and got to spend time with his wife, children and grandchildren talking about all his favorite moments in his life. While Arnie has found peace, his family is morning their loss so I ask that you pray for them in their time of sorrow.

Thank you and God Bless.

Faithful Admiral Chris

Sir Knights,
Please keep Arnie DeBease in your prayers. Arnie was admitted to the hospital last night with chest pains. He was found to have had a mild heart attack and congestive heart failure. His kidneys are not functioning well and he as some sort of mass on his liver. They will biopsy the liver tomorrow but really can't do anything for his heart which needs a stint until the kidney functions are back to normal. Right now the plan is to keep him comfortable. We are praying for his recovery.
Thank you,
Faithful Admiral
Chris
