Congratulations to our newest Sir Knights!

The Exemplification of the Patriotic Degree of the Knights of Columbus took place in Ocala on Saturday, January 29, 2022 and was broadcast throughout the state of Florida to more than 225 candidates who gathered at Assembly sponsored events which combined a viewing of the lessons imparted by the remote degree team with in-person exercises. Locally, the Fr. Andrew Brown Assembly hosted this 4th Degree Exemplification session at the hall of the Knights of Columbus Miami Council to advance seven candidates to the Order's highest degree. Five of those seven candidates upon becoming Sir Knights were welcomed into Fr. Andrew Brown Assembly; Greater Miami's oldest Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Assembly which traces its history to the city's pioneer days. Nine members of the Assembly's Color Corp, the Assembly's Faithful Friar, Rev. Fr. Omar Huesca, and numerous Sir Knight observers participated locally, while the Assembly's Comptroller Charles Roessner and one of its Past Faithful Navigators Edward Ajhar traveled to Ocala to participate on the degree team.
