Welcome: Las Vegas Veterans Day Parade 2025
Information that will assist parade participants on parade day:
• Only one person needs to check-in at the 'Registration Tent' on 4th St & Hoover Ave.
• Opens at 7:30am. (note: your parade entry # is NOT determined by first come first serve)
• Your entry # will be given to you at this time. (note: check-in 7:30am - 9:30am)
• Place entry # cards: 1) on the top right corner of your banner, 2) if your entry has a vehicle, on the top right corner of your vehicles windshield, and 3) on the rear of your last vehicle -and/or- 4) on the rear of your wagon (filled with water, first aid, etc) pulled at the back/rear of your group (all 4 for parade safety requested for all entries)
• Active Duty, First Responders, Equestrian & Motorcycles stage NORTH of Charleston Blvd (based on your entry #)
• Vehicles and Floats stage SOUTH of Charleston Blvd on 4th St enter from Las Vegas Blvd, (based on your entry #)
• Vehicle 'Registration Tent' found after you turn on 4th St northbound from Las Vegas Blvd.
• Walkers stage on 3rd St & Garces Ave, 3rd St & Gass Ave, 3rd St & Hoover Ave, 3rd St & Coolidge Ave (based on your entry #)
• Parade entries with BOTH walkers and vehicles will MERGE at 4th St & Garces Ave.
• PARADE FLYOVER: 10:00am.
• Kick-off the Parade at 4th St & Garces Ave at 10:00am.
• Final entry steps-off at 11:30am and Ends at 4th St & Stewart Ave by 12 noon
Reminder Notes:
- Remember that someone is needed towards the front, someone is needed in the middle, and someone is needed at the rear as ALL are important to make a successful parade🏆
- NO Trespassing on business property. NO Trespassing on residential property.
- There are no abandoned buildings in the parade staging square with ALL businesses operational and ALL residentials occupied.
- NO blocking the back-alley as they must remain clear for business access and residential access to come and go as needed before and during the parade.
- We are ONLY permitted to be on public streets and public sidewalks, Thank You for your help!

• *National Anthem *Color Guard *US Military and Veterans
• *Guest Speakers *William Stojack Memorial 'Honorary Veteran'
• PARADE FLYOVER: 10:00am.
• Veterans and Veteran Supporters: bring your portable folding chairs to line the parade route with family and friends on Tuesday 11/11/25 for Veterans Day and join us in Downtown Las Vegas to "Honor Those Who Served"
