Of Clifton, VA passed away on May 18, 2010. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Maureen St. Germain of Clifton, VA. He is also survived by his children, Peter, Leah, Suzanne, Michele, Paul, John, Mark and his siblings Peter and Tita. He also dearly loved his 17 grandchildren. John was a long standing parishioner of St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and an active member of Mended Hearts at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Friends may call at the Everly Funeral Home, 10565 Main Street, Fairfax, VA 22030 on Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. A Mass will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 12409 Henderson Road, Clifton, VA 20124. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to St. Joseph's Indian School, Special Gifts Department, P.O. Box 100, Chamberlain, SD 57325-0100. |
