This morning the Council was informed that Brother Jim Dailey passed away last night (May 31, 2019). Jim received his First Degree in 1974. He was very active in the management of the Council Bingo Program for many years. His wife Barbara will inform the Council once Funeral arrangements are set and will inform the Council and they will be passed on to the membership.
