Below is a list of some tips and facts for those attending the RI Council State Meeting:
All Meetings start promptly at 7:30pm, so please arrive early to leave time for you and your fellow council members to sign-in and find a seat.
The meeting is open to all council members, not just officers.
All Council Officers should wear their Jewel of Office to the meeting.
Proper dress is required, dress how you would for Church and dress in a way that best represents your council and position with-in it.
A coalation with food and drink is availible after the meeting concludes. However, if being held at a council with a bar, absolutely no alchol shall be served prior to the meeting.
If your Council has any events planned be prepared to promote them and even bring flyers for other Council's to take and share with their membership.
