Safe being. Ruperto and his wife flew into Cebu, Philippines at the end of October, just a short time before 2 major typhoons (equivalate to a Cat 4 and then a Cat 5 hurricane) hit the area on 11/4 and 11/10. Praying that they escaped the vast devastation and are safe and well.
