The facility selected should be able to accommodate the ceremonial that is to take place.
- The Host District Deputy should notify neighboring District Deputies of the degree date and time and ensure that their candidates come prepared with their Formation (Second) Degree membership card to present at registration.
- The Host District Deputy should ensure that the Conferring Officer is aware of any candidates that are either Priests of Deacons so that the proper protocol is observed.
- While there is no minimum or maximum number of candidates required to conduct a Knighthood Degree, it is important that any limitations regarding the size of the chamber be observed to ensure a positive experience for the candidates.
