Worthy Faithful Navigators –

Since COVID-19 restrictions are still in affect, we will be hosting another Provencial  ON-LINE  Fourth Degree Exemplification on November 7^th at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST).  The same process will be used to recruit and register Brother Knights as candidates for the Fourth Degree.  The attached eForm 4 should be used to register the candidate for the Exemplification.  Actual signatures are required from the Candidate, Proposer, Financial Secretary of the candidate’s council, and the Faithful Navigator & Faithful Comptroller of the Assembly he is joining. 

I ask that you forward me the eForm 4 as early in the process as possible so that I can add him to the list.  When the eForm 4 is complete, you can scan and email the form to me.  The candidate should then send a check or money order made payable to “William Schmidt, District Master” and send it to 451 Jesse Skaggs Road; Leitchfield, KY 42754.
