Recruiting candidates for public office is one of many ongoing activities at Rhode Island Right to Life. Early this year, we initiated an extraordinary effort to recruit from within pro-life ranks for candidates to run for General Assembly in order to help blunt an unprecedented campaign by abortion advocates. This effort will be even more critical for the 2020 elections. It is thus both fitting and helpful to recognize those who stepped forward this year with our 2018 Proudly Pro-Life Award.
