The State Organizational Meeting is being held at the Clarion Hotel Conference Center - North, 1950 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511 on July 20-21.

The meeting on Saturday is primarily for District Deputies. The meeting on Sunday is for everyone with an emphasis on Grand Knights, Program Directors, and other council leaders.

Meeting with councils: Each council should be represented at this meeting. Recommended attendees include: Grand Knight, Program Director, Membership Director, and/or Financial Secretary (or alternates). Since many are just starting your first year in your position, it is important that as many of you as possible attend the meeting. Attendance at the meeting gets your council off to a good start for the year. You will learn about the state plan for the year which will help you with your council’s plans AND your council will receive points toward the State Deputy Award for each of the members present. The meeting gives councils a chance to gain information, ask questions and obtain help with challenges facing the council. The meeting should end by about 3:00 PM. Be sure to sign in at the registration table to receive credit for attending the meeting. Your package containing your State Directory and State Program information will be available when you sign in at the registration table as well as our very popular NFL Football Frenzy tickets that will earn your councils some real cash.
