This year the St. Pius X Knights of Columbus would like to invite you to participate in the Portland Life Chain 2016. This is a peaceful, prayerful public witness in solidarity with all pro-life citizens standing to honor the 57 million precious innocent American lives lost to abortion, praying for our nation and it’s leaders, for people in crisis situations and for an end to the horrors of abortion. This event is a visual statement that abortion kills children and that all life is precious from the moment of it conception until natural death.

Please visualize all participants standing 10 feet apart on MLK blvd holding 17” x 22” signs that read. Signs will be provided on site by the St. Pius X Knights of Columbus: Abortion Kills Children, Jesus Forgives and Heals, Adoption: the Loving Option, Abortion Hurts Women, and Life: The First Inalienable Right. Bring the whole family along with water and lawn chairs. This event will be held rain or sunshine. Dress appropriately for Oregon weather!
