The time quickly approaches for the Oregon Jurisdiction Organizational meeting (also known as the Summer Meeting). This is the meeting that happens every year during the last weekend of June or the first couple weekends of July. This year, it will be June 25, 26, 27, 2021 in Hood River, OR

Lodgings will be at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn. They will hold 40 rooms for us. The group rate will start at $169/night for the economy rooms and will go up to $219 for the better rooms. This is the group rate, which will be in effect until the cutoff date. The cut-off date is May 27th. This is around the corner, so make sure to do it soon. Be prepared that they will ask for first night's charge plus tax up front.
