Attached please find a copy of the Registration Form for this year’s Sask State Midterm Meeting to be held in Melfort December 2 – 4.  A working agenda will be sent out in mid-November.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Canalta (Phone-1-855-680-4242 ; or 306-752-4242) until November 2nd.  Please make your reservations before then.

And please register with the Host Committee Registration Chairman by Nov 15th.

Delegates and ladies on their own for Hot Continental Breakfast @ the Canalta

8:25        Business Session 2

12:00      Farewell Lunch for Knights and Ladies

The dress code for the weekend is as follows. Friday evening registration, supper and social casual dress (Golf shirts with KofC logos and pants would be appropriate).

Saturday business sessions and Mass suit and tie.

Sunday session can be casual as it is a travel day.
