In addition to the above evening sessions, Brother Guy will be in Prince Albert for the weekend Friday Nov 4th to Sunday Nov 6th to

Friday Nov 4th is a Chaplain’s Social – 7:00 – 9:00ish PM at St. Michael’s 1505 13 St W.  All Clergy are invited to socialize with each other and with the Church Drive Leaders and Team members and brother Knights.  MPC Guy will do a quick Thank You to the Clergy for their past support of the Knights and encourage them to support the Church Drive for that weekend

Saturday Nov 5th 10:00 AM to 3:30ish PM is the Hands On Training, again at St. Michael’s 1505 13 St W, for the Church Drive Teams (Leader and 4 other team members + more if you can get them).  MPC Guy will lead the training and skills development for all team members. The objective is to train the Church Drive team members “HOW TO –“ conduct a church drive and “HOW TO –“ approach men/families to join.

Once the teams are trained they will immediately put into practice what they learned – starting with a Church Drive at the Saturday Evening and then Sunday Masses Nov 5th and Nov 6th.

The Leader, or his appointed delegate, would do the Pulpit Announcements.

The objective for the team members is to get just 2 solid names as prospects at each mass.  So the 5 person team would get 10 prospect cards filled out for each mass – total of 30 for Resurrection for the weekend.

Following the Church Drive the Team would need to follow up with those 30 prospects – maybe an Open House; or one-on-one; or ??
