Attached please find a copy of the Registration Form for this year’s Sask State Midterm Meeting to be held in Melfort December 2 – 4.  A working agenda will be sent out in mid-November.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Canalta (Phone-1-855-680-4242 ; or 306-752-4242) until November 2nd.  Please make your reservations before then.

Hotel : You are responsible to  book your own room.  When you register, please let them know you are with the Knights of Columbus.

Canalta Hotel, 100 Stonegate; $134.99 single plus taxes & $10 per extra adult; includes Continental breakfast, hot tub. 40 rooms have been reserved and will be held until Nov 2.

All Knights meeting activities other than breakfast will take place at Our Lady of Consolation Parish Church and Hall, 104 Crawford Ave. West

Ladies program and activities will be Saturday:

Ladies will join the Knights for lunch at Our Lady of Consolation Parish

Ladies program will be 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Legion Hall (105 MacLeod Ave E).
