GENERAL AGENT: LOUIS WHITE, FIC

Louis White is a general agent serving Knights of Columbus members and their families in

Northeastern, Illinois. A member of the Knights of Columbus since 2000, Louis became a field

agent in 2013.  When asked why he wanted to become a Field Agent, Louis said that he

wanted to “continue to serve the Knights, not only from a charitable standpoint, but in

a way that allowed me to continue Father McGivney’s vision of protecting our Brother

Knights and their families.” Louis has an extensive knowledge of the products offered

by the Knights of Columbus to members and their families, and stands ready to help them

achieve their financial goals. Originally from the Bahamas, Louis moved to Arizona in 1999, and

currently lives in Plainfield, Illinois. He studied at the University of Detroit, earning a Bachelor’s

degree in Accounting. Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Louis worked as a director managing

accounting and payroll for a Fortune 100 company. Louis and his wife of 28 years, Sylvia, have

six children and two grandchildren, with one more on the way.  Louis is a Fourth Degree Knight.

He has previously served as Grand Knight at Most Holy Trinity Council 7305 and as Arizona

State Pro-Life Chairman. “I really enjoy being a Field Agent,” Louis said. “It’s great to meet

Brother Knights and their families, and to learn so much about myself and my faith through our

members.” As General Agent, Louis is eager to serve the Brother Knights, their families, and

the Field Agents in Illinois.
