GENERAL AGENT: MR. ROBERT MCGEEHAN, F.I.C.F.

Bob McGeehan has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1987. He was a field agent in the Toms River area for 7 years and has been a General Agent for Southern New Jersey since 1998. Bob is currently servicing over 100 councils with 18 full-time agents covering this area. "I am always open to speaking to someone who is interested in pursuing a career with the Knights of Columbus", said Bob.  

 Bob earned his F.I.C. (Fraternal Insurance Counselor) in 1993 and a Fellowship in F.I.C. in 1996. Bob is a Fourth Degree member of St. Joseph Council #4969.

 Originally from Iselin, NJ, Bob is one of eight children.  He attended Catholic grammar and high school and is an alum of Rutgers University (Go Scarlet Knights!)   Bob graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1986. He worked as an accountant with Hess Oil Corporation until 1991. 

Bob currently lives in Bayville with his wife, Rosemarie and their three children, Bobby, Danny and Kelcy.

Their son, Bobby lives in Boston where he works in finance.  Danny attends Stockton University where he is majoring in Business/Finance.  Both boys are members of the Knights of Columbus Council #4969. Their daughter Kelcy  attends St. Thomas Aquinas College where she plays softball and is a member of G.O.E.S. (a mission group that builds homes internationally).  Rosemarie is a real estate agent and also manages Bob's office.  Their family is very active in  St. Joseph Council #4969, Toms River, NJ.  Rosemarie is a two-time Past President and both Bobby and Danny are Past Chief Squires and Bob is a past Chief Counsellor.  The family attends St. Barnabas Parish in Bayville.

Bob says that, "it has been a blessing for me and my family to be involved in all aspects of the Knights of Columbus."
