James Bell is the Field Agent for the Knights of Columbus Councils that serve St. Philip's in Flower Mound (Council #09884), St. Ann's in Coppell (Council #10245), St. Thomas Aquinas in Dallas (Council #11937) and Mater Dei in Irving (Council #15033). James began his career as a Field Agent in Arkansas in June of 2014.
He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2021. He is one of the 8 longest tenured Field Agents in the Knights of Columbus to become certified to work as an Investment Advisor Representative for the Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors when the program first became available in 2021. As such, he is able to handle not only life insurance, long term disability insurance, long term care insurance, and annuities but also is licensed to serve as a fiduciary helping clients seeking to maximize their returns in their IRA, Roth IRA, and nonqualified investment accounts.
Before beginning his career with the Knights, James attended the University of Dallas in Irving, earning a Bachelor’s degree in 2007 with a double major in History and English. After graduation, he spent two years in sales before getting professionally involved in the pro-life movement from 2009 – 2014.
James married his beautiful wife Karen in 2012. Karen is now a dedicated full-time homemaker taking care of ten year old Natalie, eight year old Cynthia, six year old Brendan, four year old Blaise, and one year old Sebastian.
