James Bell is the Field Agent for the Knights of Columbus Councils that serve St. Luke's in Irving, Holy Family in Irving, St. Ann's in Coppell, and Mater Dei in Irving.  James began his career as a Field Agent in Arkansas in June of 2014.  In 2015, his first full year with the Knights, he was the number one recruiter in Arkansas, founded a Council in Monticello, and was the top Knights Agent in the state.

In April of 2016, James moved to Irving and bought a home when he and his wife decided it was the best place for them to raise their family. That year, he won Agent of the Year for Texas.  In 2017, he again won Agent of the Year for Texas and also qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, a trade association that represents the top 1% of financial services professionals worldwide.

Asked why he became a Field Agent, James said that he was excited to be able to “ensure the financial stability of all Knights of Columbus families so that they could be certain that they could financially weather the premature loss of a breadwinner's income and maximize the tax advantaged distribution of saved wealth."

Before beginning his career with the Knights, James attended the University of Dallas in Irving, earning a Bachelor’s degree in 2007 with a double major in History and English.  After graduation, he spent two years in sales before getting professionally involved in the pro-life movement from 2009 – 2014.

James married his beautiful wife Karen in 2012.  Karen is now a dedicated full-time homemaker taking care of four year old Natalie, two year old Cynthia, and the infant Brendan.

“I am honored to be able to serve my brother Knights and their families,” James said, “and to continue the mission set forth by our venerable founder, Father Michael J. McGivney. I plan to thoroughly educate clients interested in exploring further participation in the top-rated Knights of Columbus insurance programs, so that you can make the best decision for yourself and your family.”
